James Steen Explains his Role as Shift Engineer at Guernsey Electricity

James' role is to supply and maintain the power behind life here in Guernsey, and his part in that story involves many different tasks.

James Steen (9619), a Shift Engineer at Guernsey Electricity,  has recently been interviewed for the news and blog section of his employer’s website to raise awareness for the many interesting career options available at Guernsey Electricity.  

James left College in 2003 and was initially a Senior Aircraft Engineer for 18 years, before making the change to his new role as a Generation, Shift Engineer.
