On the final day of the academic year, 4 July 2024, the Old Elizabethan Association held its annual Guernsey Dinner in College Hall. The popular event was once again a sellout, attracting 104 attendees. College Hall was elegantly arranged, with the tables laid out in three sprigs and a top table placed in front of the stage. The evening began with a welcome reception in Perrot Court Quad, where guests mingled over drinks before moving inside for dinner.
Guest of Honour, Rick James (Hon OE), delivered a highly entertaining speech, delighting the audience with humorous anecdotes from his time teaching several Old Elizabethans present that evening. His witty recollections brought laughter and nostalgia, creating a warm and lively atmosphere.
The event was a resounding success, with OEs reconnecting with old friends, reminiscing about shared experiences, and forging new connections.
Photos from the evening are now available on the photos page of Network OE. Special thanks go to Zoe Gosling (8993) for capturing these wonderful moments.
