Mike Dicks (6864) is delighted that his daughter is in Guernsey this week exploring where her father and grandfather lived. Mike’s father Ron Dicks ran Midland Bank on Guernsey (1972-76), when Mike attended Elizabeth College.
Mike’s daughter Frederika (Freddie) married Hugo at St Mary’s West Horsley, Surrey and they are now enjoying their honeymoon at the OGH with a two day stay on Herm. Freddie was nearly born in the back of a Land Rover so it seemed fitting that she arrived to church in the Land Rover her grandfather Ron gave her for her sixteenth birthday.
Congratulations to the happy couple and we hope they have a lovely stay in Guernsey.
